Okema Moore
Showrunner / Executive Producer
Okema is an EMMY nominated, PGA producer who's created content for OWN, Netflix, CNN, Disney/Marvel and more. From Showrunning BRIC TV’s first late-night talk show in 2021 to developing and directing a host of projects in 2022, Okema puts her whole self into every nook and cranny of the work. She is committed to proving that good stories come from all corners of life and that they deserve to be told by the most unlikely people!
Dani Craig
Creator / Producer / Writer
Dani hails from Pittsburgh and received her B.A. in Communication from Cornell University and a Masters in Entertainment Industry Management from Carnegie Mellon University. She lives in two worlds - tech and entertainment. She's a Senior Project Manager AND a writer/producer of Black female-led dramas and comedies for TV and film. She has placed as a semi-finalist in The ScreenCraft Film Fund for her sci-fi project, Stone Fate, which also made Coverfly’s Red List. Currently, she's working on a television spy drama, a Christmas film, and a mystery thriller.
Never one to shy away from adventure, Dani has explored over 27 countries and counting, many solo.
Angel Williams
Creator / Producer / Writer
Angel is an award-winning writer and producer, who hails from Washington, D.C but currently lives in Denver, CO. She is a U.S. Army disabled veteran that attended the 2014 Writer’s Guild Initiative where she was encouraged to turn her short stories into screenplays. This mother of three disabled children and a wife of over 20 years turned her passion into a career. Even after having a stroke, she has not given up on creative opportunities. Angel has goals of not only telling the stories of those who live with non-visible disabilities, but to be successful in writing multiple genres. She was a 2022 Respectability Entertainment Lab Fellow and a semi-finalist in The ScreenCraft Film Fund for Stone Fate, which also made Coverfly’s Red List. She is also developing a sports documentary, a family drama series and a historical drama feature.
Julie Speer Jackson
Executive Producer / Producer
A 7-time regional Emmy-Winning filmmaker with a national Emmy nomination, Julie has produced and directed over 1000 documentaries across the US and abroad, including several shows for PBS. She was the Creator + Showrunner for Rocky Mountain PBS’s “Colorado Experience” that ran for 9 seasons. She is the Chief Content Officer at Truce Media Collective and the President + Chief Creative Officer of Julie Speer Productions.
Thomas Dawson
Composer / Audio Post Supervisor
Thomas is an acclaimed musician, producer, composer, and film editor, who collaborates with some of the most successful artists in the music industry today. Thomas is The Commodores’ music director, lead keyboardist, and has co-produced many of their songs. His credits include projects with Beyonce and J-Lo. He is also a Professor of Audio Recording at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, and guest lectures at other universities.
